Easy-Hide-IP, anonim sunucu uygulamasıdır. Program sayesinde anlık haberleşme araçları, web tabanlı e-posta servisleri, haber grupları, web blog siteleri, forumlar ya da çeşitli sebeblerle giremediğiniz sitelere kendi IP numaranızı gizleyerek başka sunucu ve ülke üzerinden bağlanabilirsiniz.Kullanımı kolay bir arayüze sahiptir. Öyle ayrıntı ve ayarlarla uğraşmadan hızlı ve kolay bir şekilde çalışılabilir. İnternet sitelerinde gerçek IP adresinizi gizleyerek farklı bir adres üzerinden dolaşmış olursunuz.ISS'ler tarafından konulan yasak ya da çeşitli sebebler yüzünden engellenen, sansürlenen sitelere farklı bir yolla (bir çeşit eve arka kapıdan girmek gibi) girebilirsiniz. Eğer bir web sitesi belirli ülkelerden gelen kullanıcılar için sınırlama getirdiyse bu vekil adresleri kullanarak bu sitelere girebilirsiniz. Tüm internet trafiği uzak sunucular üzerinden yönlendirilir.Eğer bir foruma girmiş ve forum yöneticisi tarafından yasaklanmışsanız (IP engelleme), bilgisayarınızdaki tanımlama bilgilerini sildikten sonra tekrar giriş yapabilirsiniz.Tek pencere içinde herşeyi yapabilirsiniz. Orta kısımda gerçek IP adresiniz, hemen altında ise gizlenmiş (veya korunmuş) IP adı gözükür. Yapmanız gereken sadece 'Hide IP Now' tuşuna basmak. Hemen size IP ataması yapılır. Ayarları eski durumua getirmek için 'Restore Real IP' tuşuna basmanız yeterli olur. Kurulum sonunda yeniden başlatmak istiyor (restart).Program İnternet Explorer, Opera, Firefox, Avant Browser gibi çeşitli web tarayıcıları destekler.
